HelicalGear Calcula Engrenagem

HelicalGear é uma calculadora que facilita os cálculos de engrenagem cilíndrica helicoidal e dentes reto. Com ele basta você selecionar o tipo de Módulo DP, CP ou Métrico, depois informar o módulo, a quantidade de dentes e clicar no botão calcular.

Se você informar o grau, minutos e segundos obterá o valor dos cálculos de dente helicoidal calculando o Côsseno e o ângulo decimal corretamente além do diâmetro primitivo e externo e perímetro (circunferência ou repeat da engrenagem no seu primitivo).

Caso você não informe ou coloque 0 (zero) nos graus, minutos e segundos o resultado será o cálculo para engrenagem dente reto. Sempre engrenagens cilíndricas.

Exemplo:

Para calcular uma engrenagem Módulo 1 (M1) com 78 dentes reto basta :

1 - marcar a escolha do módulo (DP - diametral pitch) (CP - circular pitch) (Metrico)

2 - preenche o módulo, por exemplo 26 ( para DP 26)

3 - preencha o Z (T em inglês) que é a quantidade de dentes que sua engrenagem tem ou deva ter

4 - caso seja helicoidal em G coloque o grau, m coloque os minutos e s o seguntos

5 - caso seja dente reto coloque 0 (zero) no G, m e s.

6 clique no botão CALCULAR.

Pronto os resultados estarão prontinhos para você usar na sua empresa ou para solicitar para seu fornecedor.

Os resultados são:

Dia. Primitivo - diâmetro primitivo da engrenagem

Dia. Externo - diâmetro externo da engrenagem , também do blank para fabricação

Módulo - o módulo que foi usado para a geração dos cálculos

ângulo - quando informado em notação decimal

Cosseno - o cosseno do ângulo informado

Perímetro - comprimento da circunferência no diâmetro primitivo ou repeat.

Mais fácil que isso para cacular engrenagens com precisão não existe.
